Course Description
The Technology and Home Economics is a one semester course offered only to
First Year and Second Year students. The First Year program is focused on
basic drawing and lettering, dimensional drawings and on-hand projects that
are useful for practical living. It teaches the students the management of
creative art resources, balance and coordination of colors, blending and mixing
of colors. The Second Year program is focused on basic and advance cooking,
especially on the different kinds of food served as snacks or meals. It also
teaches planning and organizing simple dinner functions and managing events.
It offers budgeting and hosting meals. Meal management teaches the students
the art of budgeting and spending vis-à-vis projected satisfaction
of food preparation and light or dinner functions.
