Music
To facilitate appreciation of Filipino culture and love of country; develop the aesthetic potential of Ateneo Pupils and to cultivate in them a musical heart to sing and make wholesome music a part of their daily living, music education is offered in all grade levels. We believe that music education helps them discover, improve, create, change their outlook in life beyond their highest dreams and become self-developed persons.
The Ateneo Grade School Music Program is both Musical and educative. The elements of music like rhythm, melody, form tempo, etc. are components of what is to be learned. Each element is taught using varied activities such us singing, listening, writing, creating, moving and playing. These learning activities hopefully will help pupils discover themselves through joyful music and become musically educated persons.
Art
The Ateneo Grade School Art Program functions to provide the child with opportunities to explore and develop his inherent creative potentials in ways that make "creating" fun and pleasurable as he/she learns the technical concepts; and to provide an avenue for the expression of his ideas and understanding through his art work.
Through Art Education, creative expression, aesthetic perception, art heritage and appreciation of the environment are achieved in varied ways like sketching, painting, drawing, coloring, paper works and other classroom activities using varied media (crayons, cray-pas, watercolors, poster paint).
Physical Education
The Physical Education Program of the Ateneo Grade School is designed to enhance the school's desire to produce a Christian Filipino, Davaoeño who is physically, mentally and socially sound. It aims to provide a wellness/physical fitness program that will be useful to the child in keeping himself fit and healthy. Through Physical Education, pupils will exhibit a physically-active lifestyle and understand the relationship between physical activity and health throughout their lives.

Economics and Livelihood Education
The HELE program of the Ateneo Grade School is responsive to the changing patterns of family life brought about by the rapid social changes, the weakening of the moral fiber of the society, the influence of other cultures and values, the advancement of technology, the created "needs" and "wants" by the producers and businessmen and the influence of media.
The HELE program aims to develop love and respect for work; and provides them with the basic and practical skills to become worthy, productive and responsible members of the community. These are achieved through the development of the themes on personality development, responsible home membership, practical housekeeping, food and nutrition and simple and creative living activities.
Information Technology

The Information Technology Program offers basic computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet, database, graphics and programming.
