REGISTRAR
Every school shall preserve and maintain the integrity and confidentiality
of its students' records. The Registrar's Office is tasked with
the collection, processing, organization and safe keeping of documents
related to students admission, enrolment, promotion and retention.
It is responsible for the issuance of reports of student progress
and transfer credentials.
It makes sure that the school follows the minimum requirements
of the Department of Education in the implementation of its course
of study and that issuance of student records shall be done in
accordance with law and the regulations contained in the Manual
of Regulations for Private Schools.

STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
CENTER
The Student Development Center (SDC) serves as a supporting function
in the educational process through the directing and controlling
activities to help each individual develop his/her potential.
The goals of the SDC are implemented in its program which consists
the following: individual analysis, information, career development,
counseling, placement, follow-up, evaluation and psychological
education classes.
The Office aims to assist each individual become a fully, functioning
person, capable of maintaining healthy social relationships, performing
as a responsible citizen of the community, and capable of being
an active member of the larger society.

CAMPUS MINISTRY
The Campus Ministry Program is an expression of the Church's
special desire to be present to all. It seeks to proclaim the
Good News and gather all members of the community in campus: to
form the faith community, to form a Christian conscience, to educate
for social justice, to facilitate personal development and to
help develop future leaders for the Church and society.
The Campus Ministry Office (CMO) envisions members of the community
who are afired by the loved of God, anchored on the person and
teaching of Jesus, rooted in the spirituality of St. Ignatius
advocating the humanistic tradition of Jesuit Education and empowered
by the Holy Spirit" to recognize their own dignity and worth,
to reach out others and to collaborate in building God's kingdom
here on earth.
The office assists the Assistant Principal for Formation in the
continuous spiritual formation for students administrators, faculty
and staff (i.e., recollections, retreats, liturgical, paraliturgical,
sacrament of Reconciliation, prayer vigil and devotional prayers
and the Christian Service and Involvement Program).

STUDENT ACTIVITIES
The Student Activities Office provides a mutually supportive,
positive, and interactive learning environment in which every
club member has the opportunity to develop his/her communication,
leadership, aesthetic and kinesthetic skills through meaningful
and productive club activities which foster self-confidence and
personal growth and be God-centered, compassionate, committed,
competent and conscientious. It envisions each member to achieve
his/her full potential both in academic and non-academic undertakings
to make him/her a well-rounded person.

SPORTS
The Sports Office envisions a person committed to the Ignatian
spirit of leadership, compassion, competence and excellence through
sports and athletic education. It commits itself to provide a
well-balanced program consisting of formation, development and
appreciation for sports and athletics.

INSTRUCTIONAL MEDIA CENTER
The Instructional Media Center (IMC) seeks to achieve all the
purposes and objectives of the school's educational program. It
aims to provide an environment, which facilitates the realization
of the academic excellence and the formation of Christian values.
The IMC includes an adequate collection of print and audio-visual
materials which includes books, magazines, records, videotapes
and other materials.

INFORMATION AND
COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY
The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Services Office
designs and develops Interactive Learning System (ILS) programs
for the different subject areas. It provides seminar-workshops
for the faculty and staff and assists them in coming up with computer
aided instructional materials.

MEDICO-DENTAL
CLINIC
The clinic provides health and medical services where students
and other school personnel are attended to when simple treatment
is required. It has a full-time nurse, a part-time physician and
dentist. The nurse renders at least eight (8) hours of work everyday.
The physician and the dentist render two (2) hours of work everyday.
The school physician conducts an annual medical check-up to all
students. The school dentist also provides an annual dental check-up
to all students. The health personnel updates and maintains the
cumulative medical and dental records of students. He/She also
takes precautionary measures against the spread of communicable
diseases in the school by undertaking vaccination programs when
needed.

PREFECT OF STUDENT AFFAIRS
The Office of the Prefect of Student Affairs (PSA) is responsible
for the organization, implementation, supervision and evaluation
of measures that would promote students' discipline. Hence, through
proper coordination with the administrators, faculty, and staff,
the PSA ensures that students exercise responsibility and observe
discipline to make the school conducive for learning.
The PSA guides the students in understanding and appreciating
the importance of proper behavior and discipline in their quest
for learning. The PSA makes the students realize that it is only
when they follow the rules and the policies set in the Student
Discipline Code that true Jesuit education comes out. With its
preference over formation rather than punishment, the PSA hopes
that every student becomes the kind of leader who is competent
and compassionate.
